The beautiful, modernist milk factory designed by Leuven architect Leo Dierickx was built in 1941 and was owned by 'Maatschappij Zuivelfabriek Soetemans-Freys'. In 1950 the dairy was sold and in 1951 it was bought by the sugar factory 'Grand Pont'. After years of vacancy, the complex was purchased in 1993 by Viviane and André Vossen.
